Setting up the Lexware Integration

To access your users' data from Lexware, you need to enable the Lexware integration in the Platforms Page of the Rutter dashboard.

Lexware does not require any additional developer app setup.

User Authentication with Lexware

A Rutter Connection is created when your end user authenticates their Lexware account via Rutter Link. This in turn allows you to access their account data via the Rutter API.

Lexware uses an API key for authentication. To generate one, log in to your Lexware (lexoffice) account and navigate to the Public API section. Copy the generated API key and paste it into the API Key field in Rutter Link to complete the connection.
