Setting up the Rippling Integration

To access your users' data from Rippling, you need to enable the Rippling integration in the Platforms Page of the Rutter dashboard.

Rippling does not require any additional developer app setup.

User Authentication with Rippling

A Rutter Connection is created when your end user authenticates their Rippling account via Rutter Link. This in turn allows you to access their account data via the Rutter API.

Rippling uses API key credentials for authentication.

Step 1: Confirm API access with Rippling.

API access may require an additional subscription with Rippling. Your user should confirm with Rippling that their plan includes API access before connecting.

Step 2: Enter the Rippling API key.

The user obtains an API key from their Rippling account and enters it in Rutter Link.
